C2Me. I am urgently looking for Fiat Stilo 1.6 16V active sport (2006) gearbox (5 forward gears and reverse with synchromesh for forward gear engagement). Couple weeks ago my Stilo started to make a rattling noise when pressing accelerator after switching to 1, 2nd and 3rd gears but was ok while being on 4th or 5t.

I need to replace the waterpump on my 02 (2002) Stilo 1.6 16V Dynamic. There are 2 types listed on ebay however. Can anyone advise me on exactly which one I need. Option 1 is listed as an 01/03 year

For a petrol engine 140 - 160 PSi is perfect.. and your readings are right in the upper middle of that range, and all pretty much the same. A variation of 10% between highest and lowest would be less good.. as would any readings closer to 100PSI. Good engine. Keep changing the oil and it'll run for another 200,000kms for sure.
Hi ive just bought my 02 plate 1.6 stilo but have a question, After the cars been run from approx 5mins (till its warm) theres a loud tapping noise. Engine is silent when cold but slightly noisey/tappety when warm. Anyone come across this?
